گابورونى (هكذا تـُنطق بلغة تسوانا المحلية، أما بالإنگليزية فتـُنطق "گابوروني") هي عاصمة بتسوانا وكبرى مدنها. يبلغ عدد سكانها 96,000 نسمة. تقع جنوبي البلاد. كان يطلق عليها في السابق جابرونز. وجابورون مدينة رائعة التخطيط، بني معظمها بعدما صارت عاصمة بتسوانا في 1966م. تزخر المدينة بالمباني الحكومية والمساكن الحديثة وبها أيضًا المتحف الوطني وصالة الفنون وجامعة بتسوانا وكلية الزراعة. يعمل معظم سكان جابورون في القطاع العام. وبالمدينة مطار ومحطة للسكك الحديدية.

أنشئت گابورونى في التسعينيات من القرن التاسع عشر الميلادي، وظلت قرية صغيرة إلى أن اتخذت عاصمة. وقد نمت المدينة سريعًا بفضل وجود الحكومة الوطنية بها.
