هوگو تيورل أو أكسل هوگو تيودور تيورل (و. 6 يوليو 1903 - ت. 15 أغسطس 1982)، هو طبيب سويدي، حصل على جائزة نوبل في الطب لعام 1955 لاكتشافه انزيم الأكسدة وتأثيراته. وكان تيورل الرئيس السابق لمعهد نوبل، وأول باحث ارتبط بالمعهد فاز بجائزة نوبل.
