راگنار أرثر گرانيت Ragnar Arthur Granit (و. 30 اكتوبر 1900، ڤانتا، فنلندا - 12 مارس 1991) هو عالم فيزيولوجي فنلندي/سويدي حائز على جائزة نوبل في الفسيولوجيا أو الطب عام 1967 مع هالدان كفر هارتلينه وجورج والد.
شارك في حرب استقلال فنلندا أثناء دراسته الجامعية.
وعندما غزا الاتحاد السوڤيتي فنلندا أثناء حرب الشتاء، 1940، فر گرانيت إلى السويد.
