جفرسون سيتي (Jefferson City) هي عاصمة ولاية مزوري الأمريكية، وحاضرة مقاطعة كول. تقع في وسط الولاية في الضفة الجنوبية من نهر ميزوري. أختيرت كعاصمة للولاية في عام 1821. سميت بهذا الاسم نسبة لتوماس جفرسون، ثالث رؤساء الولايات المتحدة. تأسست فيها جامعة لينكولن في عام 1866. وهي مركز تجاري، كما تنتج فيها الآلات ومعدات البناء والمنتجات الحليبية والمفروشات وغيرها. عدد سكانها 43,228 نسمة (عام 2020).

The State Capitol is located in Jefferson City. In addition, state agencies are headquartered in Jefferson City. The Missouri State Archives is located in Jefferson City.
المدن الشقيقة
Jefferson City is the sister city to the German city of Münchberg.[11] Around 200 years ago, people from Münchberg created a neighborhood south of downtown Jefferson City. That's why the south of Jefferson City is called "Old Munichburg". The two city councils decided on a relationship between the two cities.
