د. محمود أبو النصر (و. 1953)، هو وزير التعليم في حكومة حازم الببلاوي، منذ 16 يوليو 2013[1] حتى استقالة الحكومة في 26 فبراير 2014. كان غنيم رئيس قطاع التعليم الفني سابقاً، ووكيل كلية الهندسة، جامعة عين شمس لشؤون الدراسات العليا والبحوث، وأستاذ الميكانيكا بالكلية.[2]

حياته
وُلد عام 1953، وتخرج من كلية الهندسة، جامعة عين شمس عام 1975، حصل على الماجستير من الكلية نفسها عام 1982، والدكتوراه من إنجلترة عام 1986.[3]
عمل أبو النصر لمدة عامين رئيساً لقطاع التعليم الفني بوزارة التربية والتعليم وضع خلالها استراتيجية محكمة للتعليم الفني وتطويره وأبرم العديد من الاتفاقيات مع الاتحاد الأوروبي والمنحة الأمريكية لتطوير التعليم الفني في مصر كما أنه كان صاحب فكرة التابلت التعليمي، كما أنه صاحب مشروع إصلاح التعليم الفني وصاحب فكرة الهيئة القومية للتعليم الفني التي كان قد نسبها قيادات الإخوان لأنفسهم بالكذب في عهد ابراهيم غنيم الوزير السابق. وقد استقال أبو النصر من منصبه كرئيس لقطاع التعليم الفني بعد أن لاحظ انتشار الإخوان في الوزارة في عهد غنيم.
إنجازات
أبو النصر له أكثر من 50 بحثاً علمياً في مجال الهندسة وله 4 اختراعات هندسية مسجلة وهو ممثل اليونسكو للتعليم الفني بشمال أفريقيا.
