اللمس أو الجهاز الحسي الجسدي somatosensory system، هو جهاز حسي معقد. يتألف هذا الجهاز من عدد مختلف من المستقبلات، ومنها المستقبلات الحرارية والمستقبلات الكيميائية. ويتألف أيضاً من مراكز المعالجة الأساسية، أو طرق التحفيز، مثل استقبال الحس العميق، الاستقبال الميكانيكي (اللمس)، الاستقبال الحراري (درجة الحرارة)، واستقبال الألم. تغطي مستقبلات الحس الجلد والأنسجة الطلائية، العضلات الهيكلية، العظام والمفصال، الأعضاء الداخلية، والجهاز القلبي الوعائي.
