الوُهَام أو الهَذَيَان Delusion هو اضطراب عام في التفكير ويتسم باعتقاد ثابت خاطئ لايتزعزع حتى لو اعتقد الاخرون من حوله خلاف ذلك أو برزت له أدلة دامغة تنفي ذلك .
