حزب الشعب الكمبودي (CPP; خمير وسطى: គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា, Kanakpak Pracheachon Kâmpuchéa; فرنسية: Parti du peuple cambodgien, PPC) هو الحزب الحاكم في كمبوديا، منذ نهاية الحرب الڤيتنامية الكمبودية في 1979. تأسس الحزب في عام 1951. وكان اسمه في الأصل "الحزب الثوري للشعب الكمپوتشي" (خمير وسطى: គណបក្សប្រជាជនបដិវត្តន៍កម្ពុជា, KPRP). بعد الاطاحة نظام بالخمير الحمر بتحرير پنوم پنه بمساعدة ڤيتنامية، أصبح الحزب الحاكم في جمهورية كمپوتشيا الشعبية (1979–1989)، التي تغير اسمها لاحقاً إلى "دولة كمبوديا" (1989–1991). الاسم الحالي، CPP, اِعتُنِق أثناء السنة الأخيرة في دولة كمبوديا، حين تم التخلي عن كل من نظام الحزب الواحد والأيديولوجية الماركسية-اللينينية. وبالرغم من أن الحزب متجذر في الأيديولوجيات الشيوعية والماركسية-اللينينية، فقد اتخذ نظرة إصلاحية في منتصف الثمانينيات في عهد هنگ سامرين. في 1991، أسقط الـ CPP رسمياً التزامها بالأيديولوجية الاشتراكية، واعتنق اقتصاد السوق الحرة.
