أشرفية مكة، هي دولة تابعةللدولة العثمانية في الفترة من 1517 - 1803، كان يحكمها شريف مكة. The Sharifate was unusual for a vassal state, in that instead of paying a tribute, the Ottoman Empire actively subsidised it, with donations from Muslims worldwide constituting another important source of revenues throughout the Sharifate's existence.
In the early 19th century the Sharifate was continuously raided and ultimately annexed by the First Saudi State. When Ottoman control was restored in 1845, it was changed into a vilayet as part of the Hejaz.
