الدوقة لويزه من مكلن‌بورگ-شترليتس (Duchess Louise of Mecklenburg-Strelitz ، وكان اسمها قبل الزواج: Luise Auguste Wilhelmine Amalie؛ 10 مارس 1776 – 19 يوليو 1810) كانت الملكة القرينة لـپروسيا بصفتها زوجة الملك فريدرش ڤلهلم الثالث. زيجة الإثنين كانت سعيدة بالرغم من قصر فترتها، وأثمرت تسع أطفال، كان منهم الملوك اللاحقون فريدرش ڤلهلم الرابع من پروسيا و الامبراطور الألماني ڤلهلم الأول.

بزغت ذكراها بعد لقائها غير المعهود في 1807 بالامبراطور الفرنسي ناپليون الأول في تيلسيت – فقد التق بالامبراطور لتناشده، دون جدوى، للرأفة بپروسيا بعد الهزيمة الكارثية للأخيرة في الحروب الناپليونية. وكانت بالفعل محبوبة رعاياها، إلا أن لقائها بناپليون جعلها تبلغ مرتبة الإجلال كـ "روح الفضيلة الوطنية". وفاتها المبكرة في عمر الرابعة والثلاثين "خلـّد شبابها في ذاكرة الشعب"، وقيل أن نابليون علّق بأن الملك قد "فقد أفضل وزرائه". رتبة لويزه أسسها زوجها المكلوم بعد أربع سنوات من رحيلها كوسام نسائي مناظر لوسام الصليب الحديدي. وفي عقد 1920 أسست نساء ألمانيا المحافظات رابطة الملكة لويزه، كما أن لويزه نفسها استخدمتها الپروپاگندا النازية كمثال للمرأة الألمانية المثالية.
