مقاطعة إلباسان (ألبانية: Qarku i Elbasanit؛ إنگليزية: Elbasan County) هي أحد 12 مقاطعة في ألبانيا. عدد السكان في تعداد 2011 كان 295,827, in an area of 3199 km².[2] Its capital is the city Elbasan.

Until 2000, Elbasan County was subdivided into four districts: Elbasan, Gramsh, Librazhd, and Peqin. Since the 2015 local government reform, the county consists of the following 7 municipalities: Belsh, Cërrik, Elbasan, Gramsh, Librazhd, Peqin and Prrenjas.[3] Before 2015, it consisted of the following 50 municipalities:

الإسلام هو دين الإغلبية في المقاطعة، مشكلاً 67.46% من إجمالي السكان (190,550 شخص). There ويوجد أيضاً بعض المسلمين البكتاشيين بنسبة 1.60% (1,515 شخص), 3.47% percent consisting of believers without a denomination (30,161 people) and Christians forming 4.41% of the county's population (Orthodox (3.30%) (15,295 people), Evangelists (0.05% (325 people) (and Roman Catholics) (1.03%) (3,054 people).
