الشيطانية
Satanism أو الشيطانية بدأت منذ آلاف السنين، و لكنها تطورت عبر القرون لتشمل “عبادة الشيطان” نفسه، حيث عرفث بادئ ذي بدأ في التقاليد المسيحية اليهودية Judeo-Christian كنوع من التحرر و الاستقلالية عن الارادة الربانية، و انه يجب وجود نوع من القوة المضادة للقوة الربانية الخيرة the all-good بقوة اخرى لخلق نوع من التوازن الوجودي، هذا اضافة إلى اعتبار الشيطان في الديانة اليهودية كملاك يعمل لمصلحة الرب لإختبار المؤمنين الحقيقيين و معرفة نوايا الناس الحقيقية. عندما انتشرت المسيحية و ديانة الاسلام ظهرت هذه الحركات كنوع من الرفض للفرض الحاصل لاتباع تعاليم هذه الاديان embodiment، ما ادى إلى ظهورها كحركة علنية بعد الثورة الفرنسية عندما اطيح بسلطة الكنيسة و تم اتباع الاعراف العلمانية في اوروبا

Organizations
The Church of Satan
On Walpurgisnacht, April 30, 1966, Anton LaVey founded the "The Satanic Church" (which he would later rename the "Church of Satan"). The Church of Satan is an organization dedicated to the acceptance of the carnal self, as articulated in The Satanic Bible, written in 1969 by Anton Szandor LaVey.
