English: Overview from the south of the site of Fort Defiance, located atop a bluff overlooking the confluence of the Auglaize and Maumee Rivers in Defiance, Ohio, United States. Built in 1794, the fort served as U.S. Army headquarters before the Battle of Fallen Timbers. Today, the fort site is a park; it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
