مبدأ پاولي للاستبعاد

مبدأ پاولي للاستبعاد صاغه ولفگانگ پاولي عام 1925 ضمن نظرية ميكانيكا الكم و ينص على أن أي جسيمين كموميين متماثلين ( تحديدا فرميونيين متماثلين ) لا يمكن لهما أن يحتلا نفس الحالة الكمومية .

ينطبق هذا المبدأ على معظم الجسيمات الأساسية في تركيب الماد ة ( الإلكترونات و البروتونات و النيترونات ) .

However, if $\left|\psi _{1}\right\rangle$ and $\left|\psi _{2}\right\rangle$ are just the same state, the above formula gives the zero set:

$|\psi _{1},\psi _{2}\rangle =0.$
