Maybe when you are more involved in the work here, you will know why did I protect the two pages. Until then please try to stay away from edit wars. Any more reverting will result in blocking you. Thanks for contributing --Tarawneh 06:04, 30 أكتوبر 2006 (UTC) We are not part of the English wikipedia, and we do not follow there polices, en rules are not ar rules. Jimbo had nothing to do with my admin-ship. And yes, If you break our rules in arwiki I will block you. From what I can see, Islamic is trying to do some work, he is not just reverting words. If you feel you have other problems please goto our VP --Tarawneh 07:08, 30 أكتوبر 2006 (UTC) You can complain about any thing on this page. Template Protected is not used on ar wiki. You can check the its whatlinkshere. We don't like to use it here. If you feel that arwiki needs to use this template, then please post it on our VP. Explaining the conditions that makes you feel so. And by the way the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc, not Jimbo owns this website. You can check that with Jimbo ( A point that have nothing to do with our discussion ). --Tarawneh 07:45, 30 أكتوبر 2006 (UTC) I am online on #Wikipedia-ar--Tarawneh 08:06, 30 أكتوبر 2006 (UTC) Sorry, not on this computer. 2006 (UTC) Another thing, don't worry. If there is incorrect historical material in any article here it will be moved, sooner or later.--Marquez 03:02, 31 أكتوبر 2006 (UTC) Hi Haghighi, I already asked him to explain his behaviour, and he complained that he did not finish writing (no biased classification is to be made yet). But as Marquez said, it might be a good idea to modify the page after Islamic finishes his work (some take it personally when others accuse the work of being biased while they are still working on it). Just a small note, do not use machine translation, some will argue that it is against our policy, don't give a reason to revert your work. If you need some help with the proofreading I can help. --Tarawneh 03:11, 31 أكتوبر 2006 (UTC) I know the feeling. Just give him the chance to finish, and we will make sure that only documented points will remain in that article. Points from all POV. :) --Tarawneh 03:17, 31 أكتوبر 2006 (UTC) You are still new here. When people here finish writing an article they will make sure that others know. :). We are used to this kind of article writing. Writers just start writing an article from zero, till they finish it all. Once done, they will announce it, either in the summary or in the user page. After that point, others can modify. It is not a policy, but it is a common practice here. I do that all the time. Machine translation is the kind of language that you get when you use computer programs to translate English or other languages into Arabic. The kind of language you used is almost identical to machine translation. I do not mind in helping you write better Arabic (for this article). I hate to see hours of hard-work lost for such excuse. I already have other references for the farisi name 1. I will add them when both of you finish writing. If I were you, I would start writing an article named "Origins of the gulf farisi name" or something like that.--Tarawneh 03:53, 31 أكتوبر 2006 (UTC) |
