جوزة البلوطة Acorn هي الجَوْزَة التي يُثمرها أيُّ نوع من الأنواع المختلفة لأشجار البلوط. وقد جرت العادة على أن تُستَعمل جوزة البلوطة في أوروبا، وعلى نطاق أضيق في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، طعامًا للخنازير، والكثير من الطيور والحيوانات البرية، بما في ذلك التدرج (وهو طائر ذو ذيل طويل)، والأيِّل والسِّنْجاب، علمًا بأن كثيرًا من أنواع جوزة البلوطة ذات مذاق مُرٍّ، ولهذا يلجأ الهنود الأمريكيون إلى استخراج عصارة جوزة البلوطة وإزالتها للتخلص من المرارة. ويذكر أن المستوطنين الأَوائل في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية قد أكلوا جوز البلوط إبّان ندرة الطعام.

كذلك تُسْحَق جوزة البلوطة في المناطق الفقيرة من أوروبا الجنوبية لتحول إلى دقيق يُصنع منه خبز. وبجانب ذلك فإن جوزة البلوطة تُسخَّن وتُستعمَل مشروبًا كالقهوة.

Individual topics ranged from taxonomy and historical relationships to management of insects and diseases. and various oak products. In California. oaks' value for wildlife, recreation, watershed protection, and esthetics exceeds their value for traditional lumber and wood products.
