جامعة مونستر (ألمانية: Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, WWU ؛ إنگليزية: University of Münster)، هي جامعة حكومية ألمانية تقع في مدينة مونستر، بولاية شمال الراين-فستفاليا الألمانية. وتعد الجامعة عضواً بمؤسسة الأبحاث الألمانية (بالألمانية: Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft)، وهي جمعية تضم عدة جامعات بحثية ألمانية مرموقة. وتعرف جامعة مونستر بأنها أكثر جامعة ألمانية خرج منها رؤساء مجالس إدارات الشركات الخمسمائة الكبرىrefEMP Ranking/ref..
يبلغ عدد طلابها أكثر من 40 ألف طالب، وتقوم بتدريس أكثر من 130 مجالاً من مجالات العلوم، وهي بالتالي الجامعة الثالثة في ألمانيا من حيث الحجم، وإحدى أهم مراكز الحياة الثقافية والعلمية في ألمانيا. وتدرس في الجامعة بعض العلوم باللغة الإنجليزية.
حصل الأساتذة والباحثون الذين يعملون بجامعة مونستر على جائزة گوتفريد ڤلهلم لايبنتس (أعلى الجوائز العلمية وأكثرها قيمة مادية في أوروبا) 9 مرات، وجائزة نوبل مرتين (إحداهما لأحد خريجيها والأخرى لأحد أساتذتها) ووسام فيلدز في الرياضيات مرة واحدة.
