تنامو Tinamou هي عائلة تضم 47 نوعا من الطيور وجدت في أمريكا الوسطى والجنوبية. وهي واحدة من أقدم فصائل الطيور الحية، وهي ذات قرابة بالنعاميات ratites. وهم عموما طيور أرضية (أي لا تطير)، ويتواجدوا في مجموعة متنوعة من الموائل.
