إيان ماكيلين
أمضى السيد إيان مكيلين (Sir Ian Mckellen) حوإلى أربعين عاما يمتع المشاهدين بفنه التمثيلي الراقي سواء بالمسرح أو في السينما, كما أنه حصل على أكثر من أربعين جائزة عالمية في التمثيل.
هناك العديد من الأفلام الحديثة له مثل: الآله والوحوش (Gods and Monsters) والذى رشح فيه لـ جائزة الأكاديمية (AcademyAward) (الأوسكار) كأفضل ممثل, كذلك التلميذ الملائم (Apt Pupil) وريتشارد الثالث (RichardIII) حيث كان مساعدا لكاتب السيناريو والمنتج التنفيذى. تعتبر الكثير من أدواره المسرحية أسطورة.
لقد مثل وأنتج مسرحيات كلاسيكية قديمة وحديثة لصالح مجموعة شكسبير الملكية والمسرح الملكي بلندن.أدواره الفردية مثل تمثيل شكسبير (Acting Shakespeare) وخروج الفارس (A Knight Out) قد اُعترف بجودتها في جميع أنحاء العالم.

- In May 2007, he was named, by the Independent on Sunday Pink List, the fifth most influential gay person in Britain, down from the 1st place the previous year.[1]
