إرنست هاينريش ڤبر Ernst Heinrich Weber (عاش 24 يونيو 1795 - 26 يناير 1878)، عالم تشريح وفسيولوجيا ألماني، قدمت دراساته الأساسية في حاسة اللمس مفهوماً هاماً في علم النفس والفسيولوجيا الحسية، وهو "الفرق الملاحـَظ للتو"، وهو أصغر فرق يمكن ملاحظته بين حثين متشابهين. ومع شقيقه إدوارد فريدريش ڤبر (1806-71)، اكتشف القوة المثبطة للعصب المبهم (1845). ومع شقيق آخر، ڤيلهلم إدوارد ڤبر، قام بدراسات في الصوتيات والحركة الموجية. وقد صاغ قانون وبر: الازدياد في الحث المطلوب لانتاج زيادة في الاحساس ليس ثابتاً بل يعتمد على قوة الحث السابق.
