English: Dumbarton Oaks Park and Montrose Park on the NRHP since May 28, 1967. At R St. NW, in Washington, D.C. Hard to get to - approach via Wisconsin Ave. rather than Mass. Ave. Dumbarton Oaks Park is run by the National Park Service and is left in a "natural state." Montrose Park is run by the District of Columbia and is a "city park" with playgrounds, tennis courts, etc. In the Georgetown neighborhood. The stream is a tributary of Rock Creek.
