حاملات المخالب أو الديدان المخملية إنگليزية: Onychophora أو velvet worms هي رتبة صغيرة من الإنسلاخيات تضم حوالي 180 نوع. هذه العضيات المجزئة الغامضة^[2] تمتلك عينان، قرن استشعار، أزواج متعددة من الأقدام، وغدد مخاطية.^[3] قورنت بأشكال مختلفة بالديدان من حيث أرجلها، وكذلك قورنت باليساريع والرخويات.^[4] يشيع وجودها في المناطق الاستوائية في نصف الكرة الجنوبي، حيث تتغذى على الحيوانات الصغيرة مثل الحشرات، والتي تلتقطها عن طريق قذف المخاط اللاصق.

التشريح
