ماتيلدا من توسكانا Matilda of Tuscany (Italian: Matilde, Latin: Matilda, Mathilda) (و. 1046 – ت. 24 يوليو 1115) نبيلة وحاكمة إيطالية. كونتيسا ودوقة وماركيزة وملكة من العصور الوسطى، كانت إقطاعية قوية والمؤيد الإيطالي الرئيسي للبابا گريگوريوس السابع أثناء صراع التعيين، وهي إحدى قليلات من النساء العصور الوسطى اللائي يذكرن بالانجازاتهن العسكرية، فقد سيطرت على كامل الأراضي الإيطالية شمال دولة الكنيسة. تُنسب إلى كانوسا حيث قلعة أسلافها.

عام 1076 دخلت بحوزتها أراضي شاسعة شملت لومبارديا، إميليا رومانيا، وتوسكانا، وكان مقرها في كانوسا، في الأبينيني.
