KN-08، ويُعرف أيضاً بالأسماء Rodong-C (الكورية: 로동-C; هانجا: 勞動-C) و Hwasong-13 (Chosŏn'gŭl: 화성-13؛ هانچا: 火星-13)، يُعتقد أنه صاروخ بالستي عابر للقارات متنقل على الطرقات[3] قيد التطوير في كوريا الشمالية.[4][5][6][7] التغييرات الظاهرة في المجسم المعروض في أكتوبر 2015 تبين تغير التصميم من ثلاث مراحل إلى مرحلتين.[8]
