 Name of the local Governorate. Al-Ta'min or Kirkuk

.I apologize for writing this in English, but unfortunately, I do not speak Arabic

Over at the English Wikipedia we have heard rumours that the province around this city has been officially renamed from Al-Tamim Governorate to Kirkuk Governorate. Does anybody know if this information is correct? Please reply on en:Talk:At-Ta'mim Governorate
