نفر كاو حور بالإنجليزية Neferkauhor ، هو ملك فرعوني تولى الحكم في الأسرة الثامنة في عصر الفترة الإنتقالية الأولى.وجد إسمه في قائمة أبيدوس وولكنها لم توجد في قائمة تورين بالرغم من أن فترة حكمه مثبته هنا. Neferkauhor is by far the most well attested of all early First Intermediate Period kings, because he left behind the Koptos Decree stela which names his Vizier in Upper Egypt, a certain Shemay. The German scholar Jürgen von Beckerath equates him with the second last 8th dynasty ruler given in the Old Kingdom who is assigned a brief reign length of 2 years, 1 month and 1 day.[1]
