 Usage

Use this rcat template on mainspace redirects only.

• This rcat populates both تصنيف:Redirects from other capitalisations, which must be populated by main-article namespace (mainspace) redirects only, and تصنيف:Unprintworthy redirects. At some point in the future, Jimmy Wales wants to make more printed versions of Wikipedia encyclopedia articles. Most redirects to other capitalizations are not suitable for a printed version. In other words they are unprintworthy. See below for what to do for the few redirects from other capitalisations that are printworthy.
• Place this rcat after the mainspace redirect target (not on any talk page) in the following manner:

#REDIRECT [[(target article title)]]

This is in accord with instructions found at WP:REDCAT.

• Use this rcat on any mainspace redirect from a title with another method of capitalisation. It leads to the title in accordance with the Wikipedia naming conventions for capitalisation, and can help writing, searching, and international language issues.
• If this rcat is placed on any redirect in a namespace other than mainspace, it will not appear on the redirect, and it will not place the redirect in the Redirects from other capitalisations category. Instead, the redirect will be placed in تصنيف:Pages with templates in the wrong namespace and will require repair. When a redirect is not in mainspace, then use {{R from modification}}, instead.
• Other variants should use one of the other rcats such as {{R from alternative spelling}} or {{R from alternative name}}.
• Template {{This is a redirect}} may also be used to add this and up to seven appropriate rcats to a redirect.

 Parameters

• |printworthy – By default, this template tags and categorizes redirects as unprintworthy. Use this parameter to subdue this behavior, and populate تصنيف:Printworthy redirects:

• |of=text or |reason=text – changes "...from a title with another method of capitalisation. It leads to..." to "...from a title with another method of capitalisation of text." This is useful when the term redirected from is an alternative capitalisation of a different name for or subtopic of the article title rather than of the title itself. For example, the redirect Northern Blue Jay:

 Misspelled redirects

Common misspellings can be considered useful redirects, and are among the most common uses of this template.
