Usage
This template operates on the PSGC code. Initially this is sought from wikidata, but if there is a null return, then the single unnamed parameter used (if present):

This template is for use in Philippine location infoboxes. It takes the supplied PSGC code (rrppmmmmm) and formats it as rrppmm000. Even though it may be invoked from a barangay, The NSCB/PSA web pages show barangay detail only on municipality / city page.
