ريگوبرتا منشوRigoberta Menchú (و. 9 يناير 1959)هي زعيمة نسائية من السكان الأصليين في گواتيمالا حصلت سنة 1992 على جائزة نوبل للسلام لدفاعها عن حقوق الإنسان ولعملها على الصلح بين الأعراق. وهي كذلك سفيرة الأمم المتحدة للنوايا الحسنة.
