رئيس جمهورية مقدونيا الشمالية (مقدونية: Претседател на Република Северна Македонија) رئيس شمال مقدونيا. بدأت مؤسسة الرئاسة بعد إعلان الاستقلال في 8 سبتمبر 1991. أول رئيس كان كيرو گليگوروف ، أقدم رئيس في العالم حتى استقالته في عام 1999. تعد الرئاسة منصبًا احتفاليًا إلى حد كبير و رئيس وزراء مقدونيا الشمالية هو الشخصية السياسية الرائدة في البلاد والرئيس التنفيذي "بحكم الواقع".
