حاجز الأنف أو الوتيرة (بالإنجليزية:nasal septum) هو الجدار الذي يفصل جوف الأنف إلى قسمين متناظرين. يتركب من قسم غضروفي يشكله غضروف حاجز الأنف وقسم عظمي يشكله كل من الميكعة والصفيحة العمودية للعظم الغربالي. يغطى حاجز الأنف في كل جانب بمخاطية الأنف.
