اوسكار لينادر كارل پستوريوس Oscar Leonard Carl Pistorius ( /pɪsˈtɔəriəs/; و. 22 نوفمبر 1986)، هو عداء جنوب أفريقي. وپستوريوس مبتور الساقين من تحت الركبة.[10]

في 14 فبراير 2013، اتهم پستوريوس بقتل صديقته ريڤا ستين‌كامپ، بعد إطلاق النار عليها داخل منزله في پريتوريا، في الساعات الأولى من النهار.[11]

في 14 فبراير 2013، عُثر على ريڤا ستين‌كامپ[36] مقتولة بعد إصابتها بأربع رصاصات في منزل صديقها، اوسكار پستوريوس. كانت پستوريوس قد اعتقل واتهم بقتل ستين‌كامپ.[37][38]

قال جيران پستوريوس أنهم سمعوا أصوات إطلاق النار والصراخ من منزله[39]. صرح المتحدث باسم الشرطة أنه تم استدعاء الشرطة لمنزل پستوريوس أكثر من مرة بعد بلاغات عن أحداث "عنف منزلي". يُعتقد أنه أُطلق النار على ستين‌كامپ أربع مرات؛ وقد حاول المسعفون إنقاذها عند وصولهم، وباءت محاولتهم بالفشل. [40]

في 12 سبتمبر 2014 أدين پستوريوس القتل غير المتعمد إثر إطلاقه النار على صديقته السابقة عارضة الأزياء ريڤا ستين‌كامپ. وجاء الحكم مستندا على قيام العداء بإطلاق النار بشكل متعمد باتجاه باب حمام منزله من دون أن تكون لديه نية قتل الشخص الذي كان خلف الباب. ويواجه بيستوريس عقوبة السجن 15 عاما كحد أقصى بتهمة القتل غير المتعمد على أن يصدر القرار النهائي بشأن العقوبة في وقت لاحق.[41]
