أميتاي إتزيوني (بالعبرية: אמיתי עציוני ؛ بالإنگليزية: Amitai Etzioni ؛ وُلِد بإسم Werner Falk ، في 4 يناير 1929، كولونيا، ألمانيا) هو عالم اجتماع ألماني-إسرائيلي-أمريكي.

يدرس أميتاي اتزيوني موضوع البساطة الإرادية- الاستراتيجية الحية من ناحية أهميتها السوسيولوجية كعامل موازنة ممكن للمجتمع الرأسمالي السائد. وقد اهتم اتزيوني بوصف هذه الفكرة وإبراز مظاهرها المختلفة وعلاقتها بالتنافس. وكان لـ اتزيوني السبق في دراسة التوازن الدقيق الذي ينبغي أن تحافظ عليه كل الأنظمة الاجتماعية بين العوامل الاقتصادية والسلوك الاجتماعي. ويركز على التوجه المتميز نحو البساطة الإرادية كرد فعل على تزايد التنافس، والنزعة الاستهلاكية المفرطة، وانهيار القيم والمعايير التقليدية.
