الوظيفة
ينتمي آنكسين إيه 4 (ANX4) إلى عائلة الآنكسينات المرتبطة بالدهون الفسفورية المعتمدة على الكالسيوم. على الرغم من أن وظائفها لا تزال غير محددة بوضوح، يساهم من أفراد عائلة الآنكسينات في العمليات المتعلقة بالغشاء على امتدات مسارات الانبساط الخلوي والبطانة. يمتلك آنكسين إيه 4 هوية 45 إلى 59٪ مع آنكسينات أخرى ويشارك في نفس الحجم والتنظيم الداخلي-الخارجي. معزولاً عن المشيمة البشرية، يرمز آنكسين إيه 4 إلى پروتين له تفاعلات محتملة مع ATP، وله نشاط مضاد للتخثر في المختبر ويثبط أيضًا نشاط فسفوليباز A2. يتم التعبير عن ANX4 بشكل حصري تقريبًا في الخلايا الظهارية.[5]
