⧼wm-license-information-description⧽Tornesch Friedrichstraße.jpg	Deutsch: Tornesch (Schleswig-Holstein) - Friedrichstraße 22-28 - Bauzeit: um 1900 und folgende Jahre - Foto 2008 - Die abgebildeten Häuser entstanden alle vor dem Ersten Weltkrieg. Es sind einfache Wohnhäuser mit seitlichem Risalit, die neben den Wohnungen teilweise auch Ladengeschäfte enthalten. Ganz hinten ist das ehemalige "Blumenhaus Sonja" zu sehen (Nr. 28). Vorn sieht man das Chinarestaurant "Jasmin" (Nr. 22). Dort befand sich bis 1967 eine Filiale der Konsumgenossenschaft "Produktion". - Die Bebauung der heutigen Friedrichstraße erfolgte zunächst an der Bahnseite ab 1889. Damals hieß die unbefestigte Straße noch Moorweg. Es wurde Wohnraum geschaffen für die Mitarbeiter der Eisenbahn sowie der ersten Industriebetriebe. Der Ausbau des Moorwegs bis zur Norderstraße und dessen Umbenennung zur Friedrichstraße erfolgte 1912. Die Straße entwickelte sich bald zur Einkaufs- und Dienstleistungsstraße.
