This treatment frees the erection and ejaculationcenters and stimulates the nerves to action, permittingthem to perform their different functions. Place the patient on his side, oil the finger and care-fully pass it up the rectum. Manipulate gently theprostate gland which surrounds the neck of the blad-der and the urethra; in shape and size it resemblesa chestnut, and can be distinctly felt from the rectum,especially when enlarged. Also, manipulate the penis and testicles thoroughly,giving strong extension to them. 10?
