English: The Pilrig area from the Calton Hill, Edinburgh. Pilrig lies immediately behind the high-rise Pilrig Flats seen just right of centre. The leafy green area to the left is a park, originally the grounds of Pilrig House. Pilrig Church is to the right of the grey concrete multi-storey car park on Leith Walk which is due to be demolished.
