English: Poyntzpass level crossing
This is the level crossing at Poyntzpass station on the Belfast-Dublin line. The station is served by local trains in the morning and evening peaks only. The signal cabin is disused - the signals being controlled remotely. The crossing is a full barrier one replacing the old gates which were opened and closed by the signalman using a wheel in the cabin.
