The wind turbine at the left is the "OPG 7 Commemorative Turbine". It was not turning at the time this picture was taken.
This panoramic image was generated from five images collected at MGRS 17T PJ 52634 52072. This position is at the top of a ~10m bluff overlooking Lake Ontario, about 200m east of where Petticoat Creek enters the lake. At this point the nearest reactor (on the left) is about 2.5km distant, and the furthest reactor (on the right) is 3.25km away.
