English: Strada Doamnei in Lipscani district, Bucharest, Romania; the Romanian National Bank is in the background. The building on the right is the former Banca Marmorosch Blank et Comp -- the largest bank in interwar Romania. It went through a bankruptcy process in 1931, but managed to survive until 1948, when it was nationalized. The old bank logo is still visible on the wrought-iron window bars (though not readily visible in this photo).
