"(...) dos franjas horizontales de iguales dimensiones, de los colores: amarillo la parte superior y verde la inferior, con un triángulo isósceles de color morado, cuya base parte del lado superior del asta al extremo inferior de la bandera y de cada extremo, a encontrarse en la mitad del ancho de la misma, sin sobrepasar la tercera parte de su largo.
