English: Flag of the administrative parish of San Isidro de Patulú. According to the Government of the Parish of San Isidro de Patulú,

"The flag has a rectangular form, the upper third part of the flag is yellow which symbolizes the richness of the soil; the center has a pyramid in green which symbolizes improvement in the agricultural industry; on the lower left is the color white, which symbolizes the nobility and purity of San Isidro's residents; on the lower right, the color brown represents the land of the parish."

Along with the administrative parochial hymn and coat of arms, this flag was approved May 5, 1997, and officially in effect on May 12 that year.
