I created this file in steps:

1. First, I looked at an archive of Ayashii World.
2. I got the colors (background, etc.) and a general idea of how things looked. However, I did not use their website to make the image, as that would be possible copyright infringement. (Arguably not as there are only simple colors and shapes here, but why chance it.)
3. I created a quick script to output HTML that looked similar to me without referring to their code from a list of emoticons:

   • (`・ω・´)
   • (#ﾟДﾟ)
   • (´；ω；`)
   • ( ﾟ∀ ﾟ)

4. I opened my HTML output in Firefox.
5. I printed a PDF.
6. I changed all text objects to paths in Inkscape, as the required font must be metrically compatible with MS PGothic. Mona is in use here, as that's a FOSS font. IPAMonaPGothic is now in use, after I proved that it's legal to use it.
