مصلحة الوثائق الخارجية ومكافحة التجسس (Service de Documentation Extérieure et de Contre-Espionnage؛ بالفرنسية: [sɛʁvis də dɔkymɑ̃tasjɔ̃ ɛksteʁjœʁ e də kɔ̃tʁɛspjɔnaʒ])، واختصارها SDECE، كانت وكالة المخابرات الخارجية لفرنسا من 6 نوفمبر 1944 إلى 2 أبريل 1982، حين حل محلها Directorate-General for External Security (DGSE). ويجب ألا يُخلط بينها وبين المكتب الثاني الذي كان معنياً بشئون المخابرات العسكرية فقط.
في عهد الجمهورية الرابعة كانت SDECE خاضعة لرئيس المجلس. ومنذ بداية الجمهورية الخامسة وحتى 1962، كانت خاضعة لرئيس الوزراء ميشل دوبريه وكـُرِّست إمكانياتها، لحد كبير، لحرب الجزائر. وإثر قضية المهدي بن بركة، أخضع الجنرال شارل ديگول المصلحة لوزارة الدفاع، وبدأت العسكرة التدريجية للمصلحة.
مديرها قبل الأخير كان Alexandre de Marenches.

Le secteur « A » est responsable du monde arabe et de l’Afrique subsaharienne, avant que le sous-secteur Afrique soit soustrait pour former un secteur Afrique à part entière en 1960[2].

- Guerrilla intelligence-gathering and operations with montagnard partisans during the First Indochina War carried out by the Groupe de Commandos Mixtes Aéroportés (GCMA).
- Operation Condor (1954) of Colonel Jean Sassi at Dien Bien Phu April 30, 1954.
- Operations interdicting the supply of weapons إلى the National Liberation Front (FLN) and its couriers in Europe (the « porteurs de valises », activists supporting Algerian independence) during the Algerian War.
- Efforts إلى obtain control of Nigerian oil production in 1968 in association with Biafran separatists.
- Reporting the Yom Kippur War in October 1973 (it was the first Western intelligence service إلى do so.)
- Reporting the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in December 1979.
