جوڤاني پايزييلو
جوڤاني پايزييلو Giovanni Paisiello (أو Paesiello؛ عاش 9 مايو 1740 – 5 يونيو 1816) كان مؤلفاً موسيقياً ناپولياً من العصر الكلاسيكي.
أما "ألمع نجم في سماء الأوبرا الإيطالية خلال النصف الثاني من القرن الثامن عشر(86)" فهو جوفاني بايزييلو. كان أبناً لجراح بيطري في تارانتو، وقد أعجب معلموه اليسوعيين بصوته إعجاباً حملهم على إقناع أبيه بأن يوفده إلى معهد جماهير نابلي شديدي الحب لبتشيني، لذلك قبل دعوة وجهتها إليه كاترين الكبرى. وفي سانت بطرسبورج ألف (1782) Il Barbiere di Siviglia (حلاق إشبيلية)، وقد كتب لها من النجاح الخالد في أوربا كلها ما جعل الجمهور يلعن أوبرا عرضها نفس الموضوع بروما (5 فبراير 1816) الموسيقي روسيني لأنها تطفل غير كريم على أرض حرام لبايزيللو الذي كان لا يزال على قيد الحياة. وتوقف بايزيللو بفيينا في طريق عودته من روسيا عام 1784 فترة أتاحت له تأليف اثنتي عشرة "سمفونية" ليوزف الثاني، وأخرج أوبرا Il ne Teodoro "تيودور الملك" سرعان ما ظفرت بقبول عم كل أوربا. ثم عاد إلى نابلي رئيساً لفرقة المرتلين لفرديناند الرابع. وأقنع نابليون فرديناند بأن "يعيره" بازيللو، فلما وصل المؤلف إلى باريس (1802) أستقبل استقبالاً بلغ من الفخامة والبهاء ما أثار عداء الكثيرين. وفي 1804 قفل إلى نابلي تحت حماية جوزيف بونابرت ومورا.
ويجب أن نلاحظ في مرورنا مبلغ الصبر والأناة التي كان هؤلاء الإيطاليون يعدون بهما مستقبلهم المهني. فبايزيللو درس تسع سنين في معهد دورانتي الموسيقي "دي سان أو نوفريو".
