معركة بحر بسمارك (02-04 مارس 1943)، وقعت في جنوب غرب المحيط الهادئ (SWPA) خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية. وخلال المعركة، هاجمت طائرات الولايات المتحدة القوات الجوية الخامسة وسلاح الجو الملكي الاسترالي قافلة يابانية كانت تحمل القوات إلى لاي، غينيا الجديدة. وقد تم تدمير معظمها، وكانت خسائر القوات اليابانية فادحة.
