Español: Siguiendo recursos culturales de origen púnico y técnicas conservadas en pleno siglo XXI en el Magreb norteafricano, las sociedades rurales canarias han utilizado hasta el tercer cuarto del siglo XX las mismas técnicas primitivas para la destilación del agua de lluvia. English: Following cultural resources of Punic origin and techniques preserved in the XXI century in the North African Maghreb, Canaries rural societies have used until the third quarter of the 20th century the same primitive techniques for distillation of rainwater.
