Français : Blasonnement : D’argent au lion de gueules.

Motivations : Les raisins rappellent l'existence, autrefois, de la vigne, sur le territoire de la commune. Le lion évoque le Lyonnais, ancienne province dont Maizilly faisait partie, mais aussi le lion de l'Armagnac, province dont Charlotte de Lorraine, portait le titre de princesse et à laquelle la justice de Maizilly appartenait.
