Deutsch: Porträtmedaillon von Carl Gottlieb Svarez an einer Informationsstele am ehemaligen Standort der Luisenstädtischen Kirche (im Zweiten Weltkrieg beschädigt, 1964 abgetragen) in einer Grünanlage an der Alten Jakobstraße in Berlin-Mitte. Es wird daran erinnert, dass sich das Grab von Svarez auf dem an der Kirche gelegenen Luisenstädtischen Kirchhof befand.
English: Medaillon with portrait of Carl Gottlieb Svarez at an information stele at the former site of Luisenstädtische Kirche (damaged in WWII, demolished in 1964) in a green space on Alte Jakobstraße in Berlin-Mitte. The grave of Svarez was located on the Luisenstädtischer Kirchhof cemetery, next to the church.
